At the end of the current season the commissioner selects 2 or 3 of the worst CPU owned teams in the league (freezes their rosters) and selects them to be eligible for the GM challenge.

 

Owners who wish to take the challenge must e-mail the league by July 31st stating their intentions. Owners will be considered for a new team on a first come first served basis and also if in leaving their current team,they would be leaving behind a viable franchise for a new owner.

 

You will be allowed to take 1 forward,1 defenceman and 1 goaltender to your new team. You effectively become the new GM of this squad!
